Product Description:

Noble offers lined valves with FEP and PFA lining. The body of the valve is usually made of Cast Ductile Iron or various stainless-steel grades. The wetted parts are completely lined with polymers such as FEP or PFA,
ensuring complete corrosion resistance. They are hence used for flow control in corrosive environment like transfer of acid, alkalis and other corrosive chemicals in chemical process plants, food processing plants,
petrochemical plants and in various other industries such as pesticides, fertilizer, dyes, paper and pulp processing plants.

PTFE lined ball valves has a self-adjusting packing which ensures maintenance-free spindle sealing. It has almost zero backlashes in stem and ball even after prolonged service. PTFE lining facilitates smooth working
of the valve. Slots are machined into the body to ensure that the lining is secured in place, making it suitable for high vacuum operation.

The lined valves are tested as per BS EN 12266-1&2 (2003), ensuring that the quality is world-class. Every single piece is individually tested to ensure high reliability.
